Software Engineer — Full Stack WDT
Build complete Web Digital Twin features, connecting business rules, technical data, APIs, interfaces and engineering workflows.
About the role
This person will develop complete Web Digital Twin features, connecting business rules, technical data, APIs, web interfaces and workflows used by engineering teams. The role is central to the evolution of integrated, evolvable web modules that can be demonstrated in an operational environment.
The work involves complex data-oriented systems, not isolated screens. We are looking for someone who can understand assets, inspections, 3D/4D models, documents, risk, simulations and product validation, and turn that domain into functional, testable and maintainable software.
Main responsibilities
- Develop full-stack features for WDT modules, including the technical cockpit, operational workflows, records, reports and decision panels.
- Integrate frontend, backend, databases, internal services and APIs related to assets, inspections, risk, documents, sensors and simulations.
- Implement user flows that preserve traceability, version control, permissions and technical evidence.
- Collaborate with engineers, modelers, data specialists, QA and DevOps to turn R&D requirements into a usable product.
- Take part in decisions on architecture, data modeling, performance and platform scalability.
- Support testing, fixes, technical documentation and preparation of pilots in a representative environment.
- Demonstrate working solutions, explaining technical decisions, limitations, trade-offs and next steps.
Required qualifications
- Proven experience developing complete web applications.
- Solid knowledge of C#, .NET or .NET Core, REST APIs and service development.
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and modern frameworks such as React, Angular or equivalents.
- Practical knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases, Git version control and frontend-backend integration.
- Ability to work with systems oriented to technical data, complex business rules and approval flows.
- Familiarity with testing, CI/CD, technical documentation and sound software-architecture practice.
- Willingness to present a portfolio, code, applications or projects that show real participation in development.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with WebGL, Three.js, Babylon.js, OpenGL or 3D visualization in the browser.
- Background in digital twin, BIM, GIS, IoT, structural engineering, simulation, inspection or asset management.
- Experience with Azure, messaging, queues, SignalR/WebSockets, observability or cloud environments.
- Productive use of AI in development, code review, testing, documentation or technical research.
Related technologies and tools
C#, .NET, REST APIs, JavaScript, TypeScript, React or Angular, SQL, NoSQL, Git, Azure DevOps, with WebGL/Three.js as a plus.
Profile
We are looking for an analytical, organized person who can move between software, product and engineering. They should enjoy building demonstrable systems, understanding complex problems before coding and explaining technical decisions clearly.
How to apply
To apply, send the following materials:
How do you currently use artificial-intelligence tools in your professional workflow? Name the tools, give examples of activities, and explain how you validate the results produced with AI assistance.
Additional information may include LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance, Google Scholar, articles, publications, websites, demonstrations, applications or other links relevant to the role.
- An up-to-date curriculum vitae with education, professional experience, main projects, technologies used and responsibilities held.
- A portfolio with concrete examples of previous work. For software, this may be GitHub, applications, systems, APIs, interfaces or projects that can be demonstrated. For engineering, this may be models, simulations, reports, analyses, publications or technical work that can be shared. Confidential projects may be presented in anonymized form.
- A presentation video of up to 5 minutes, briefly showing a project or portfolio, the problem solved, your contribution, the technologies used, your working workflow, everyday tools, your use of artificial intelligence and how you validate results produced with AI support.
