Port integrity management with connected decisions.

From the quay to cargo-handling equipment, the Web Digital Twin ties each asset, element and date to the evidence of its condition. The same platform supports the inspection plan, field records, analysis, risk and the next action.

A thickness reading, a photograph and a structural assessment often do not share an asset, element and date. Comparing campaigns becomes a manual reconstruction of the history.

Finite element analysis of a crane in the Web Digital Twin.

The example changes; the basis stays the same: evidence linked to the asset, the element and time.

Inspectors record the condition under a hopper, with a tablet and a phone.
The field record stays linked to the element and the campaign date.

Experience in port infrastructure

The approach brings together the Port of Açu, the Port of Houston and bridge infrastructure associated with the Port of Tangier. A research and development project supported by FINEP validated the Web Digital Twin on port assets, with models, inspection history, degradation, sensors and risk criteria.
