Information provided
The demo request asks for name, company, email, industry, role, phone number and an answer about interest in the platform. An application asks for name, email, phone, a PDF curriculum vitae, a video, a portfolio, an answer about the use of artificial intelligence and optional links. Confirm any field changes before publishing this policy.
Purpose
Demo information is used to answer the contact and arrange the requested demonstration. Application information is used to assess the selected role and contact the applicant.
External service
The site forwards demonstrations and applications through an email service that uses Google Workspace. The curriculum vitae and video are processed only while the message is sent and are not stored on the site. On the server, demonstrations are addressed to support@phdsoft.com and applications to cv@phdsoft.com. Acceptance by the service does not confirm that the inbox was read. Account owners, access and retention in the mailbox still need to be defined by PhDsoft; this policy sets neither a retention period nor a legal basis.
