Infrastructure · Structural integrity

Every piece of evidence in its place. Every decision in context.

The Web Digital Twin links inspections, images, sensors and satellite data to the asset model. From the inspection campaign to the action, the platform organizes the process and leaves technical validation to engineering.

  1. Scattered dataPhotos, measurements, series and reports in different places.
  2. Context by element and dateThe platform integrates the data and automates steps of the work.
  3. Traceable decisionEach action stays linked to the evidence that prompted it.

What the Web Digital Twin does
Organizes regions, campaigns, checklists and open items.
Role of engineering
Defines the scope and approves the plan.
Many scales, one context

Each source of evidence adds a reading.

What changes for the team

Less time looking for data

Featured application

Rio das Velhas Bridge

On the Rio das Velhas Bridge, a pilot with DNIT brought a 4D model, inspections, sensors and InSAR series into the Web Digital Twin. The experience showed the value of relating evidence and actions on the same asset.

Frequently asked questions

Does AI decide for engineering?

AI suggests a screening of the images. A professional validates the location, type and relevance of the finding before any decision.

What does GPR show?

It can locate reinforcement and estimate cover; it does not directly measure corrosion or the remaining section of the bar.

Does InSAR measure vertical displacement?

The direct measurement is along the line of sight. A vertical component can only be interpreted when geometry and processing allow it.

Do I need to instrument the whole network?

A first case can use the history and inspections of one priority asset. New sources are added as the technical question and criticality require.
